Some good ideas on safety:

Phone:
--leave the phone on, turn the ringer off, and let voice mail answer

Car:
--if afraid you're being followed;
      1. make four right turns, and if you are followed...
      2. go to the police station
             A.  PARK ILLEGALLY
             B.  stay in the car and WAIT for an officer

Document harassment.
Who, where, when, if anyone witnessed it
keep copies of documentation in T files, attorney's files, safe deposit box

I wrote this down for myself as well as providing info for others.
