Our therapist (T) has told our RA alters that they have to start being honest with her about the abuse they're going through.
They're feeling very threatened.
One of them made a collage at our request.  It shows that the RA started when we were an infant, that drugs and alcohol were used, and our father had a major role in it.
Other than that, we're not sure of much.
